What impact did Desegregation have on Black students and the general population / society? Were these impacts consistent across the North, South, East and West? Did anyone think that black communities built prior to desegregation would basically no longer exist today. Once enacted and fully implemented were there more pros than cons for society as a whole? Thoughts?
